Sometimes life can be overwhelming, my goal as a therapist is to help individuals create and find ways to manage experienced feelings of stress, frustration, or anxiety. By providing a nonjudgemental environment I believe we can work together to remove the barriers trauma has placed in your life. At West Valley Counseling Center I was mentored by experienced and qualified trauma-informed clinicians. I place focus on what goals each client enters with and help them look inward to achieve their version of self-actualization. Through therapy, we can achieve growth and develop a greater sense of self and well-being.
